Join Harmony Hearts and Sweet Body Fitness for the Soles for Souls 5K, a family-friendly walk/run dedicated to giving back to our community. Taking place on April 4, 2026, this special event encourages participants to help make a difference by donating a new pair of shoes as the entry fee, which will go directly to individuals in need.

The race begins at 9:00 AM and finishes at 1002 Texas Ave. Bring your friends, family, and a pair of new shoes to help us take steps toward supporting those in need while enjoying a fun and meaningful community event.

Harmony Hearts invites the community to come together for our Community Feeding on March 21, 2026. This monthly outreach provides meals and essential supplies to individuals experiencing homelessness and those in need throughout our community.

We are currently accepting donations of items such as canned corn, green beans, water, soft drinks, chicken, BBQ sauce, dinner rolls, men’s and women’s socks, deodorant, toothpaste, and soap to help support this effort.

The outreach takes place at 1002 Texas Ave., Shreveport, LA and is part of our mission to serve the community every third Saturday of the month. Your support helps us continue making a difference, one meal and one act of kindness at a time.
